Testimony to Faith about Integrated Sensory
Faith, I want to share with you how deeply Integrated Sensory has changed things for me and my grandson. Before you introduced it to me, I didn’t have a clear understanding of how the nervous system drives behavior, emotions, and reactions. You opened that door for me, and it has completely changed the way I see him—and myself.
Your guidance helped me shift from seeing “behaviors” to seeing a child whose system is overwhelmed and needs connection, regulation, and understanding. That change has made our days so much calmer and more connected.
I’ve tried Occupational Therapy in the past, and while it helped in its own way, Integrated Sensory has been a far better option for us. The way you explain things, the way you connect the dots between trauma, sensory needs, and the nervous system—none of that was ever covered in OT. Integrated Sensory has given us tools that actually fit our real-life situations. It’s practical, it’s compassionate, and it finally feels like something that truly works.
And honestly, Faith, a huge part of this is you. You didn’t just teach me a method—you walked beside me, answered my questions, and made me feel understood instead of overwhelmed. You helped me see things I never would have recognized on my own.
Because of you and Integrated Sensory, I feel more confident, more aware, and far more hopeful. It hasn’t only helped my grandson—it has helped me grow in ways I never expected.
